These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 25bd ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), accessible at https://25bd.io. These Terms govern all use of the 25bd website, mobile platform, applications, and any related services offered by 25bd.

25bd operates as an online sports betting and casino platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform provides access to sports wagering, live casino games, slot titles, instant messaging support and BDT-denominated payment processing via locally recognised methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

These Terms should be read together with the 25bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the complete agreement between you and 25bd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

25bd reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

To register an account with 25bd and access any betting or gaming services on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and automated programs may not register accounts on 25bd.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and phone number.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme currently active on 25bd or on any other licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of 25bd or its technology and game-supply partners, unless written consent has been obtained from 25bd's compliance team.
• You must be accessing 25bd from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.

25bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 25bd at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts without payment of any balance.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 25bd account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent through the account. You must take all reasonable steps to protect the security of your login credentials, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never sharing your username or password with any third party, including family members.
• Logging out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying 25bd support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

25bd will never contact you by email, live chat, WhatsApp or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 25bd that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately via the contact details in the footer of this page.

Your account is for your personal entertainment use only. Using your account in a commercial capacity — including accepting bets from third parties, acting as a payment agent for other players, or providing betting advisory services — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

25bd enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all players regardless of the game type, bet size or payment method used.

If 25bd reasonably suspects or determines that a player is under the age of 21, the following actions will be taken immediately and without prior notice:

• The account will be suspended and access to all games and financial features will be blocked.
• The player will be required to provide certified proof of age within five (5) business days.
• Any winnings accrued during a period in which the account holder was under 21 years of age will be declared void and will not be paid out.
• The original deposit amount may be returned at 25bd's sole discretion after deducting any amounts wagered, subject to the outcomes of the investigation.
• In cases of deliberate misrepresentation of age, 25bd reserves the right to retain the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

25bd supports industry-standard age-verification practices and works to prevent underage access to gambling services. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on devices used by minors. All 25bd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 25bd balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 25bd does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed in BDT only. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your 25bd account. This is a security requirement designed to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• Withdrawals under ৳20,000 are typically processed within five (5) minutes in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), subject to identity verification status.
• Withdrawals above ৳20,000 may be subject to additional identity verification steps and may require up to 24 hours to process.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. See clause 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
• 25bd reserves the right to request full KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• All withdrawals are final once processed. 25bd accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account number supplied by the player.

25bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. These Terms set out the general framework for all promotions; specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal amounts are detailed in the individual promotion terms and will take precedence over these general provisions in case of conflict.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 25bd promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus amounts only unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Real-money funds deposited into your account will be used before bonus funds in all wagers, unless the promotion terms specify a different application order.
• Bonus funds expire at the end of the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
• 25bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured at their stated value.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, use of multiple accounts and use of automated betting software — will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

If you have questions about a specific promotion or believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to your account, please contact the 25bd support team via live chat from within your account dashboard. All bonus disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant promotion's expiry date.

All sports bets placed on 25bd are subject to the platform's published betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of your account. The following general conditions apply to all wagers placed on 25bd:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by the 25bd system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager.
• In the event of an obvious error in published odds — including but not limited to mis-priced markets, duplicate event listings or technical errors — 25bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. In-play bets are subject to the same general conditions as pre-match bets, with additional provisions relating to connection interruption and market suspension set out in the in-play betting rules.
• All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to specific cricket betting rules covering rain interruptions, abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments and player withdrawal provisions.
• Minimum bet amounts start from ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary by event, market, competition and odds level. Individual player account limits may be applied at 25bd's discretion based on betting patterns.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the player's real-money balance immediately upon settlement. Incorrect settlement of a bet — whether in the player's favour or against — will be corrected without notice once the error is identified.

The 25bd casino product — accessible via the 25bd Casino section — includes live table games, video slots, crash games and other game formats provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. All games are operated under the respective supplier's game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface.

25bd does not operate or control the random number generators or outcome engines of third-party game titles. All game outcomes are determined by the software providers' independently certified RNG systems. 25bd is not liable for technical malfunctions within third-party game software, including network disconnections during a live game round.

In the event that a casino game round is interrupted due to a network or server failure before a result is determined, the following rules apply:

• If the interruption occurs before a game round has commenced and any bet staked, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance in full.
• If the interruption occurs after a game round has commenced and a bet has been confirmed by the system, the game provider's disconnection rules will determine the outcome. 25bd will apply the result communicated by the game provider upon reconnection.
• It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing live casino games. 25bd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of the player's connection failure.

Minimum buy-in amounts for live casino tables start from ৳500 per round. Maximum stake limits vary by table and game variant and are displayed within the game interface. Progressive jackpot contributions and payout conditions are governed entirely by the third-party provider's terms and are not under 25bd's control.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 25bd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, at 25bd's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with any part of the 25bd platform, including betting, gaming and payment functions.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or unintended platform behaviours to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, bonus abuse or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intent.
• Laundering money, committing fraud, processing stolen payment credentials or conducting any other financial crime through the 25bd platform.
• Facilitating gambling by any person known to be under the age of 21, including by sharing account access or transferring funds.
• Using the 25bd live chat, email or any other support channel to harass, threaten, or abuse 25bd staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification or responsible gaming measure implemented on the 25bd platform.

25bd reserves the right to take legal action against players engaged in fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct, and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any related investigation.

25bd collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account on 25bd, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

25bd uses personal data for the following primary purposes: account verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, customer support and service communications. 25bd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to any legal retention obligations that may apply. Such requests should be directed to the support team via the email address displayed in the footer of this page. 25bd will respond to data requests within 30 days of receipt.

All data transmitted between your device and the 25bd platform is protected by SSL encryption. Passwords are stored as hashed values and are never accessible to 25bd staff in plain text. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 25bd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 25bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

25bd shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings or opportunity.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 25bd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access was made possible by the player's failure to maintain password security.
• Losses resulting from the player's reliance on information on the 25bd platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any gambling-related financial losses incurred through normal play on the platform. Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss is inherent in all betting and gaming activities.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 25bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their account voluntarily by contacting the 25bd support team via live chat. 25bd will close the account within five (5) business days of receiving a verified closure request, provided that there are no open bets, pending withdrawals or ongoing investigations associated with the account.

25bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (an inactivity fee may apply — see account dashboard for current rates).
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Receipt of a legal order from a competent authority requiring account closure or fund seizure.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (net of any void bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days. If account closure follows a finding of misconduct, 25bd reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the balance in its entirety.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 25bd account — including bet settlement outcomes, withdrawal delays, bonus applications or account restrictions — you should follow the process set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint directly with the 25bd support team via live chat from within your account dashboard. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant dates and reference numbers. The support team aims to resolve the majority of complaints at first contact.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to the 25bd compliance team by sending a written summary of your complaint to the support email address displayed in the footer of this page. Please include "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. The compliance team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Final Review: If you remain unsatisfied following the compliance team's written response, you may request a final internal review by 25bd senior management. This request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the compliance team's Step 2 response. Senior management will issue a final decision within 28 calendar days of receiving the escalation request. This decision constitutes 25bd's final position on the matter.

All dispute communications must be submitted in English. Complaints submitted more than 90 days after the event giving rise to the complaint may not be accepted. 25bd will not consider anonymous complaints — all submissions must include the registered account username and contact email address.

25bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes in platform features, changes in payment processing arrangements, or changes in responsible gaming requirements.

When material amendments are made to these Terms, 25bd will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account and/or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address associated with your 25bd account is current and able to receive communications from 25bd.

Amendments take effect on the date published on this page unless a specific future effective date is stated. Your continued use of the 25bd platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in clause 12.

The version history of these Terms is maintained internally by 25bd and is available to players upon written request to the compliance team. The date displayed in the "Last updated" field at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players located in Bangladesh agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process set out in clause 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

25bd operates its platform on a fair play, player-first basis. The platform uses SSL encryption, certified RNG technology from its game suppliers, and industry-standard responsible gaming frameworks to provide a safe and reliable environment for adult players. No claim is made regarding specific regulatory licensing from any Bangladeshi government body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 25bd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
